You can request same-day funding if your application is reviewed and approved by 2:00 p.m. CST*. For loans that are processed on weekends or bank holidays, your funds will be available as soon as the next business day (weekends and bank holidays are not considered a business day). To help the funding process go as quickly as possible, keep an eye out for your confirmation emails as they may contain important information about the status of your loan. Check your spam folder if you don’t see these emails in your inbox.

River Valley Loans will make an Automatic Withdraw (ACH) from your bank account. This is the quickest and easiest method of making your loan payments. Other payment methods such as debit cards, cashier’s checks, or money orders are also accepted. Your loan agreement includes a detailed payment schedule with amounts and due dates. River Valley Loans strongly encourages to pay off your loan early without penalties. You will only pay the interest accrued on your loan up until your pay off date. If you wish to pay off your loan early, please call us at least three business days prior to your next scheduled payment date. Our customer care team is available at (833) 987-4837 to assist you in paying off your loan or to answer any questions about the terms of your loan and/or payment schedule.

If you need to change the date of your loan payment(s), please contact our Customer Care team at (833) 987-4837 at least three business days before your next payment is due/scheduled.

You may cancel this loan and your payment obligations under the Loan Agreement, without cost or finance charges, no later than 7:00 p.m. Central Time of the third business day immediately following the Disbursement Date (“Cancellation Deadline”). Your Disbursement Date is the date the funds were transferred to your financial institution. This may not be the same date your bank makes those funds available to you, so please call us at (833) 987-4837 as soon as possible if you want to cancel your loan. If you miss the cancelation deadline, you can still pay off your loan early without penalties.
